Diet Dares







Here is a list of 'Diet Dares' or diet challenges that I have set in the past. Essentially, these are small changes that you can make to your diet that will go a long way! Pick one that you would like to try and work towards incorporating it into your day over the course of a few weeks. I dare you! When it becomes something that you do without even thinking...consider trying another! Try not to take on too much at once. Pick something that you know you can commit to without terrible difficulty. Most of these challenges are simple and require little more than a conscious effort to make good food choices during your day. Diet Dare 1: Are You Full Yet? 
 This challenge will help you increase your self awareness when eating and help you identify when you are truly full. By practicing this exercise in intuitive eating you will discover what a healthy portion of food for you is and also learn how to stop yourself from over eating.

Diet Dare 2: Managing the Holidays
This is more a plan of action one can adapt when facing holiday dinners that are usually decorated with high caloric meals. Here is my approach to enjoying the fruits of the holidays without going overboard!

This diet dare is geared around heart health and continuing the trend to prepare food from scratch from locally sourced produce.
